Being chosen as an Outstanding Graduate is an amazing honor for me. It represents that all my studying and extracurricular work at Boise State University are being recognized. I am currently a double major in accounting and finance. I was elected as the president of FMA and vice-president of men’s soccer, have been a member of Beta Alpha Psi for almost two years, and had two amazing internships in the accounting and finance fields. This achievement was only possible due to the amazing professors, students and staff at COBE. Without their constant push for improvement, I would not be at where I am today and I would not trade my time at Boise State University for anything in the world.

College after high school wasn’t something I had really put a lot of thought into. I didn’t know where I wanted to go, what I wanted to do, or how I wanted to do it. I took a semester off after graduating high school and through a couple of twists and turns I ended up starting my own auto-detailing business. Enthusiast Detailing not only gave me the motivation to learn more about business but the profits I earned actually paid for both of my bachelor’s degrees in marketing and entrepreneurship management. The last four years of classes at Boise State University have proven more beneficial than I could’ve ever imagined. Thank you to all of the people I met along the way, both fellow classmates and professors. Your help over the years has been extremely valuable to me and will always be part of the best memories I’ve had at Boise State.
