Emily Erickson has a MBA in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University and a BS in Business Admin. from University of Redlands. Emily has 10 years of experience in sustainability, including her most recent position as sustainability manager for Happy Family Brands where she developed their sustainability strategy and achieved B Corp Certification.
Emily is leading RBI with her sustainable business expertise to create experiential learning opportunities for students that help the business community drive progress in improving their social and environmental impacts.
Emily also serves on the board of Idaho Center for Sustainable Agriculture whose mission is to promote local food systems that support healthy people and boost local economies.
