A number of studies have been produced showing the numerous benefits that come with having a diverse workforce. Increased creativity, high quality talent, and potentially higher profits. However, there’s no doubt that with the benefits that diverse teams bring, there are also challenges. While diverse teams are more likely to produce innovative ideas, they are also more like to fail altogether.
