McK is from New Plymouth, Idaho, where she learned the Japanese language at the age of 11, and has continued to grow her interest in the culture. She developed an interest in business and decided to combine Japanese with her educational interests to pursue an international business degree — a way to marry all her interests.
Mck is in her last year as an international business student and dedicates herself to every aspect of school. She has developed relationships with her professors and continues to use their advice to become the diversified, outstanding student that she is today. After she graduates, she plans to go back to work in Japan.
She advises students, “Stop thinking in the now. Have a set vision now so that you can reap the benefits in the future.”
