Hazem Binsulaiman – Saudi Arabia

By: Sean Luster

Hazem Binsulaiman, COBE Boise State student Hazem Binsulaiman started his junior year this fall working toward a degree in supply chain management. He grew up in Saudi Arabia, and supply chain management is a new area of interest in his home country. For Hazem, supply chain management is both unique and enjoyable. Hazem plans to return home after completing his collegiate education and he looks forward to dealing with shipments and cultures around the world.

His research showed him that he could get a solid education at Boise State University.

“I’m really glad I made the decision to study at Boise State University,” Hazem said. “I enjoy the academics and what the city has to offer. The faculty and staff have been extremely helpful throughout my entire experience. Boise is a great place to be and a great environment to be focused on school work.”

In the near future, Hazem’s goal is to graduate with honors, and he wants to add a major in IT management. He will consider graduate school, but feels it is important to get real-world experience first. He will take advantage of the opportunities that come his way.

“Moments cannot last forever; take advantage of every new experience in your life,” Hazem advises.
