- Skills at UW/Tacoma: The brand-new, century-old
campus, and what they're doing with skills.
- Frank Shipper: An Annotated Bibliography. Frank has been
conducting research in the skills area since 1991. He has developed a "two
factor" model of skills and a competency-based skills course, and has conducted
empirical studies around a variety of skill-related topics. Here is a listing and
description of his works. In addition, Frank has provided a screen
show (360k) of his concepts. Unzip this file to a disk, and at the a: prompt, type
