A typical Peer-to-Peer Forum day includes:
9:30–11:30 – Corporate Mentor sharing his/her “real life” success stories and career experiences as business owners/leaders (Mentors will be present for morning session only)
11:30–1:00 – Lunch, participant updates, and morning debrief
1:00–1:30 – Energizer focused on the “Poem-to-Live-By”
1:30–3:30 – Executive session: participants use the group as their “personal board of directors” to address issues important to them. This session is limited to participants and the program co-leaders only, and all discussions are held in confidence
