- Be here, be on time, be present, be engaged
- The easiest way to be on time is to be early
- All electronic devices put away and turned off. You may take calls, check messages and e-mails only at breaks
- Start and end on time
- Snacking is okay
- Because of the open learning nature of the program, you are not only paying to be here but others are paying to have you there
- We honor strict confidentiality
- What happens at sessions, stays at sessions
- During sessions share only confidential information for which you have permission from the “owner”. Even then only share if the other members need to know the information
- We give each other permission to hold each other accountable, to test the limits, and to get uncomfortable if necessary
- We will use open-ended, thought-provoking questions
- We will always be respectful of each other – honor others’ feelings – yet not be afraid to speak up or ask for help
- We will support others by helping them to discover their own answers/truths, rather than trying to “fix” them … we commit to being descriptive rather than prescriptive
- Each participant is responsible for contributing to discussions and listening to, supporting and encouraging fellow participants
- We encourage communication outside of the set meetings in accordance with the above commitments
- We agree that our goals are to learn and have fun
- This is a living document which may be modified at any time
What we learn in sessions will have a positive impact on our futures and the futures of those that work with and for us
