A new site called GrouperEye.com allows for students to work on real problems/cases that companies are having. We currently have an HR company, TalentBuzz, seeking bright students to come up with creative solutions to their problems as an alternative to the traditional application for employment and their internships. The top idea-generators also get an immediate cash-prize for their ideas/solutions in addition to being considered for employment.

GrouperEye.com may also be of an interest to your SHRM students because we’re trying to change the way people are hired. Imagine a talent acquisition process that used more than a resume and cover letter to determine if someone was a right fit for a position…that’s groupereye.com!
