The site takes advantage of the current downturn in the residential real estate market by offering an online marketplace that provides individual sellers and buyers services that help them effectively market or find the home of their dreams. For sellers, a low listing fee ranging from entirely free to a maximum of $499, allows them to launch a mass marketing sales campaign a price significantly lower than other forms of media. For buyers, searching Blitzitonline is free of charge and allows them to automate their search by save their search criteria and receiving emails when new listings that fit their criteria become available.
