Ben Quintana

Ben Quintana is a business and economic development advocate, dedicated volunteer, and civic leader in the Boise community. He is passionate about his community and works hard to make a difference and improve the quality of life for Boise’s citizens.

Ben’s expertise and strengths are in initiating strategic partnerships and forging new opportunities for economic growth. He has developed successful working relationships with site selection experts, corporate executives, government officials and local stakeholders to help attract new business and economic development opportunities to the Boise Valley. He has also worked closely to form partnerships and solutions for small businesses, early-stage startups, entrepreneurs and innovators, another mission that Ben holds dear.

Ben received his B.A. in Communication from Boise State University and his M.A. in Organizational Leadership from George Fox University. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Kickstand, Advisory Board for Boise State University’s College of Social Sciences and Public Affairs, Advisory Board for George Fox University’s School of Business, and remains an active volunteer for other community organizations.

Joel Hickman: Joel is the President of the Idaho District for KeyBank. Joel joined KeyBank in 1987 and in 1993 he started the Private Banking Group in Idaho which grew to include lending, trust, and investment services. Joel was honored by his alma mater, Boise State University, with the 2005 Distinguished Alumni Award. Joel earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Boise State University.

Darby Heidemann: Darby is currently a Wealth Management Advisor for The Bailey Financial Group, covering all of Southern Idaho.  Since 2007, Darby has acted as an investment specialist for The Bailey Financial Group.
