The management department has an adjunct job opening to teach GENBUS 202 The Legal Environment of Business in the Spring of 2012. The class meets one evening each week 6-9 p.m. The particular evening is negotiable with the candidate. The class has an emphasis on both the external and internal legal environment of a business organization. Topics will include the nature and function of the legal process, administrative regulations, the interaction of business with the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government, and the legal responsibilities of business. JD required. Teaching experience preferred.
