1. BSU Student ID or other form of Picture ID.
2. BSU Student ID Number. Test scores will only be recorded if you append your BSU student ID number to your last name in the Personal Information Section of your student profile account.
3. A 2007 Pearson MyITLab License, available at the BSU Bookstore.

NOTES:
About the Pearson myitlab License
Students must purchase a 2010 Pearson myitlab license from the BSU Bookstore in order to take the placement exam. The license is valid for 30 days after you first open and create your student profile on the computer. All portions of the exams required by your major must be completed within this 30-day time period or a new license must be purchased. There is maximum of two total attempts for the exam during a student’s academic career.  The purchase of a second MyITLab license used to take the exam a third or fourth time is not allowed – those exam results will not be valid!

Note that the COBE Computer Placement Exam, as of January 11, 2012, is using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access 2010.
