Candidate Profile
Boise State University MBA candidates possess a high degree of motivation, professional work experience, strong managerial potential, and an aptitude for graduate study. Our MBA students come from a broad range of diverse backgrounds, including engineering, social sciences, liberal arts, business, health, and others.
A typical MBA candidate will:
- Possess a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Have an undergraduate GPA of 3.00 or better
- Preferably have at least two years of significant work experience (waived with a GMAT score of 600)
- Achieve a minimum score of 500 on the GMAT
- Have a GMAT quantitative score of at
least 32, or >60 on the math placement exam
