Program Overview

The MBA-ITM program is based upon:

  • Convenient evening courses with a low student/faculty ratio to encourage open discussion and the exchange of ideas

  • Professors with both doctoral degrees and industry experience deliver a strong core curriculum and provide students with both knowledge and skills.

  • The MBA in Information Technology Management supplements courses in the existing advanced MBA course work with topics unique to the challenges of managing in technology-intensive enterprises. These topics include the management of a globally dispersed technical workforce, implications of using enterprise-wide information management systems, ethical and legal methods of business intelligence, acquisition, security and government compliance issues, the introduction and management of technical innovation, and current topics in technology management.
  • The MBA in Information Technology Management specifically addresses graduate education for managers of high tech organizations, managers of technology in other businesses and government agencies, or those seeking promotional opportunities in a technology area.
