• Completion of Graduate Degree forms are processed through BroncoWeb. In your BroncoWeb account, click on "Registrar," then "Apply for Graduation."

To fill out these forms, you will need a current version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Acrobat Reader's free version does not have the capability to save copies of your forms once they have been modified. If you wish to have copies for your records, please print out additional completed forms.

If your operating system can only run Reader 6.0, you may still use these forms. Simply disregard any messages suggesting an upgrade to Reader 8.1.2 and proceed.
