• Application for Graduate Admissions, including a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $55.
• Official transcripts from ALL undergraduate and graduate coursework whether or not a degree was granted. Transcript forms available from the University Graduate College website.
• Official GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) scores.
• Foreign Students who speak English as a Second Language (ESL) must complete the TOEFL exam. A score of 587/240/95 or better is required. Foreign students must also provide a statement of adequate funding and certified English translations of transcripts. They may also be asked to take an English proficiency exam at Boise State University.

• A current detailed resume highlighting your two or more years of professional work experience. Please include start and end dates (month and year) for each position held, and indicate full or part time.
• Two completed Recommendation Forms: These forms are to be completed by a person who has been your direct supervisor in a professional setting or your professor in an academic setting.
