Dr. Shikhar Sarin is an Associate Professor of
Marketing at Boise State University. He holds a bachelor of Electrical
Engineering from Bangalore University in India. He earned his Master of
EIectrical Engineering and his PhD in Marketing from the University of Texas at
Austin.
Dr. Sarin specializes in high-tech marketing and
has consulted with many of the Fortune 500 Companies including General
Electric, Schlumberger, United Technologies, Lockheed Martin, Lucent, Sprint,
Ubiquitel, IBM, 3M, AOL, and Micron Technology. He has won teaching awards it
both the University of Texas and Boise State University. Dr. Sarin has
published research in the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of
Marketing Theory and Practice, and Decision Science.
