Areas of Expertise:

Dr. Henrie specializes in international project management system designs and implementation efforts He also undertakes research in the area of systems of systems, supervisory control and data acquisition cyber security, leak detection system design and analysis, and logistics applications within major projects.
 

University, Professional, Public Service:

Dr. Henrie participates within and external to the university system. Within the university he was a member of the 2005 Gath Jones Writing Award committee. External to the university Dr. Henrie is the Project Management Institute – Project Management Competency Development Framework Edit Team Deputy Lead. He is also the Marketing Director for the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management, the Untied States Affiliate of the International Project Management Association.

Dr. Henrie was also the Co-Chair for the 2005 System Management Conference, Systems of Systems Engineering Research, Issues and Applications as well as the panel discussion developer and Co-Chair for the 2005 American Society of Engineering Management Authorship Etiquette and Publishing panel.

Professional Affiliations:

Dr. Henrie is a member of: Project Management Institute, American Society for the Advancement of Project Management, Engineering Management Society, International Council on Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Epsilon Mu Eta, Phi Kappa Phi and Tau Beta Pi.

Scholarship/Creative Activity:

Dr. Henrie's publications involve international project management cultural attributes, systems engineering and knowledge management areas
 

Current research involves systems impacts during implementation of RFID projects.
