Courtney White

Courtney White joined the COBE faculty as a special lecturer in 2003. Prior to that, Ms. White's career had been that of a practitioner rather than professor. After completing her B.E. in Mechanical Engineering at Vanderbilt University, she joined McKinsey & Company where she consulted companies looking to solve major performance issues or pursue new strategic opportunities. After completing an MBA at Stanford University, Ms. White chose to move to Boise, where she has worked with four of our local public companies in marketing management, sales management, or operations management roles. She most recently spent eight years with Extended Systems, Inc., initially in Materials Management, then going on to manage the company's international sales organization and European subsidiaries.

Ms. White joins BSU with a passion for helping students find connections between the tools learned in the classroom and the challenges faced in real-world business situations.
