Undergraduate Policy Committee

Required by university guidelines. Receives proposals for curricular change and passes on its recommendations to the University Policy Committee. Generally responsible for all aspects of the undergraduate program. This committee uses the undergraduate mission as a central guiding principle in developing the undergraduate program.. Its charge:

• Oversee departmental curricular changes in undergraduate degree programs
• Establish a process for examining the undergraduate core (see undergraduate core team)
• Administer COBE Curriculum Demonstration program
• Other duties as assigned
