The college is governed by its faculty in accordance with University Policies and By-Laws of the COBE faculty, and as guided by its college and undergraduate missions. A variety of groups, comprised in varying degrees of faculty, staff, students, businesspeople, and other representatives, have been established to carry out various aspects of governance.
