Executive Master of Business Operational Excellence
The innovative Executive Master’s degree program, developed and taught jointly by Boise State University and Kaizen Institute, builds skills in leadership, change management and process improvement for those in manufacturing, healthcare, services, and the public sector. You will gain expertise in process improvement with an emphasis on Lean, Six Sigma and other skills necessary to achieve operational excellence in any organization.
Custom Programs
Customized training programs provide a different avenue to build manager expertise in a particular business skill. Typically we provide a unique training program that targets a specific skill set for a handpicked group of employees. These programs are offered on the client’s schedule and often include in-workshop applications to current work projects.
