Competitiveness Through Marketing … with a Twist

EMBA’s did some real market research as part of their Competitiveness Through Marketing session taught by Associate Dean, Dr. Kirk Smith.  Participants took part in this year’s annual Ho Ho vs. Little Debbie Challenge where a blind taste test is administered and a favorite is chosen between the two pastry cakes.  Pictured are EMBA 5′s Fred Webster (Physician Liaison, West Valley Medical Center) and Tim Finup (Senior Oversight Consultant, Battelle Energy Alliance) taking their turn at the tasting table. The Creating Competitive Advantage course is part of the first year curriculum for executive participants.
