Dr. Kelly Cobourn has been invited to speak at the 3^rd Annual Tri-State Western Consortium Meeting for the NSF EPSCoR Programs in Idaho, Nevada, and New Mexico.  Her presentation will be on “Economics of Water and Land Use”.
