Dr. Douglas J. Lincoln is a Professor of Marketing. Doug received the John R. Elorriaga Fellow teaching award for his impact on previous students at Boise State University and was the Marketing Educators’ Association’s Marketing Educator of the Year in 2004. His research has been published in the Case Research Journal, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Marketing & Public Policy, the Journal of Advertising, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Marketing Education, and Marketing Education Review. Doug earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His primary research interests include marketing pedagogy, customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction measurement.
