A new video posted on Boise State’s You Tube page shows how the university’s International Business Programs are helping students and corporations keep pace with the rapidly evolving global economy. College of Business and Economics Dean Patrick Shannon and International Business Programs Director Meredith Taylor Black share their insight on the skill set needed to succeed in the ever-growing field of international trade. Industry experts attending Idaho World Trade Day lend their perspective as well.
As International Business Programs move into the state-of-the-art Micron Business and Economics building this fall, they are blazing new trails with the development of an International Trade Certificate program. Boise State is the only Idaho state institution offering this program, which provides graduate students and business professionals with opportunities to bolster their backgrounds in international business principles and trade practices.
International Business Programs offer a BBA and a minor and are AACSB International accredited. The programs also provide students with many opportunities to connect with the corporate community and to gain hands-on experience in international trade.
