Dusty Bodie was honored as the Boise State Service-Learning Faculty of the Year at the Celebration of Service on April

 30. Bodie has taught with service-learning for six years in four different courses: Nonprofit Management (MBA), Human Resource Management, Managing in the Nonprofit Sector, and Leadership Skills.

Students consistently report that Bodie’s expert content knowledge, enthusiasm and mentoring made their service-learning experience exceptionally valuable for professional and personal development. Bodie has served on the Service-Learning Advisory Board and has been involved with several nonprofit organizations for years. Other service-learning honorees include Boise Rescue Mission (Community Partner of the Year) and Cristina Bistricean (Student of the Year).
