23&me co-founder, Linda Avey, flew in from California to speak to Boise State’s Executive MBA class during their October session. Avey founded 23&me because she believes in empowering individuals and wanted to develop a new way of accelerating research. Although the field that Avey was speaking on fascinated the class, the true value came from her in-depth narrative and Q & A of the trials and tribulation of taking her vision to reality—business model formulation, raising funds, to launch and beyond.
