The BSU Department of Management Bulletin Board in front of Room 313 of the College of Business and Economics has copies of the student membership application. There are two membership fees: the Boise State Human Resource Association fee is $5 and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) student membership fee is $35.
Membership Eligibility
1. You are a student taking the equivalent of at least six semester hours.
2. You have a demonstrated interest in human resource management.
3. You are not employed full time in an exempt position or as an officer on active duty with the U.S. Armed Forces.
Applications to join the national SHRM may be filed on their secure application website.
